Professor Yehuda Gellman: ‘The Music of Rav Kook’s Life’

This evening on Motzei Sushan Purim Katan is a benefit in support of Beit HaRav’s educational programming- Your generosity is appreciated.

 Saxophones: Rabbi Greg Wall

He is widely known as ‘the jazz rabbi’ (Greg Wall’s Later Prophets), and is one of the leading lights in the circle of the New York Jewish jazz scene. (He records with John Zorn’s Tzaddik label).

Keyboards, piano: Shai Bachar

Shai is a Jerusalem born Israeli based in New York and has been the musical director for Dudu Fisher for some years.

Bass: Yogev Glusman

Drums: Ilan Katchke

Song:  Rabbi Itzchak Marmorstein presenting ‘HA’OROT-The Lights of Rav Kook’.
